Meet the gang... Blair Rowan Blair took her first course in yoga as a junior in college simply to fulfill a P.E. credit. But it wasn’t until she moved to Colorado in 2007 that yoga found its way back into Blair’s life. While searching for something positive to balance her experience working as a nanny, she decided to participate in a yoga teacher training. It didn’t take long for her eyes to be opened to the vast world and lifestyle that is yoga. Yoga met Blair on her path right when she needed it the most. It has helped guide her decisions by enabling her to recognize her authentic self and become aware of the immense importance of balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Blair received her first 200-hour certification from the Shambhava School of Yoga in Fort Collins, CO. She then trained for a second 200-hour certification from CorePower Yoga in Fort Collins, CO, where she also interned before moving back to Nashville. She currently teaches yoga at the Bellevue YMCA and at various gyms & studios around Nashville. Blair joined our staff in November 2008.
