COVID POLICIES & GUIDELINES...
As we continue to navigate the variants circulating around our community most of our Covid policies are still in effect. If you plan to practice in person at the studio, please review the following information thoroughly.

To note:
*All classes are offered both in-person and livestream.
*All in person classes are now 60 minutes.
>> BOOK NOW

What we ask from you:
	•	Pre-registration is NOT required but encouraged. Students will be admitted on a first come first served basis. Classes will be capped at 10 students.
Complete our Health Screening Questionnaire prior to arrival. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions please stay home and practice via livestream.
	•	Certain classes may require masks during practice. You will see this noted on the schedule as "Masked Practice." In this case, your mask must be worn at all times.
	•	Remove your mask only once you're settled on your mat. Masks are REQUIRED in the lobby & when moving around the yoga room.
	•	Use the floor markers to place your mat at least 6 feet from other students.
	•	Bring your own props & towels. Only mats & blocks are available for rent at this time. We do have bolsters, straps and more available for purchase.
	•	If you feel sick, live with someone who is sick, or have been exposed to the virus, please stay home & practice via livestream.

What you can expect from us:
	•	All in-studio classes will be shortened to 60 minutes.
	•	Classes will be capped at 10 students.
	•	We will have hand sanitizer & disinfectant wipes around the studio for your use.
	•	We have added a high power HEPA air purifier to the practice space that will completely clean the air every 30 minutes.
	•	Instructors will refrain from offering hands on assists & adjustments, and will stay on the mat while teaching.
	•	We will disinfect after each class. This includes all high touch surfaces and the floor. The studio will be aired out between classes.
	•	We will continue to offer every class via livestream for your convenience.
	•	If we feel sick, live with someone who is sick, or have been exposed to the virus, we'll stay home

Cancellation Policy & Waitlist:
As a reminder, in person classes will be capped at 10 students. To give everyone a fair chance to practice, the following policies are in place:

- You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before class to receive your payment back to your account
- If you cancel your reservation less than 2 hours before class, you will be charged as if you attended
- A waitlist will be available for in person classes
- If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will receive a text & e-mail notification asking you to confirm. Please respond to this ASAP to book your spot, or so that another student can have the opportunity to practice if you can't make it

A note from Leah from Oct 2020....
Welcoming you back, but without the open arms bit...
It is with mixed emotions that I welcome students back into the studio. My intentions surrounding this day have been very different from our present reality and I must admit I was reluctant to even make this next move.
So why did I? Because I believe in our yoga community and our understanding of AHIMSA. Ahimsa is the practice of loving kindness to all creatures and to our world. Stacey has gone to great lengths to research, organize and execute a detailed plan for our reopening. The instructors have been well trained on new protocols, technology and logistics to keep our studio a safe environment for all.
Now we are asking you to do the same. Before booking a class please consider your recent conduct. Have you engaged in any activities where you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and could in fact be an asymptomatic carrier? Taking 10 days of yoga online is a lot better than running the risk of infecting your fellow yogis and potentially shutting the studio down.
We have been conservative in our efforts and fortunately we have stayed healthy and supported the well being of our entire community. As we enter this next phase let us continue to act compassionately to each other and the world with love and kindness. Shanti om!
   Leah
