CULTIVATING YOUR CORE

Work your midsection, and explore new ways to engage the core for more stability, strength and ease on and off the mat. This fun movement workshop will begin with isolation of the abdominal muscles, and end with a dynamic core focused Vata flow. 

Meghan will start with a quick anatomical overview of the core highlighting the benefits to having a strong midsection. After that  students will engage in an intense core awakening flow followed by a 45 minute integrative Vinyasa practice designed around the midsection to strengthen and lengthen the entire body!!
