Meet the gang... Emily Davidson  Emily Davidson Nemoy attended her first yoga class in 2000 upon the recommendation of a college advisor who had just completed a yoga teacher training program.  Immediately smitten by the practice, she found she felt more alive and self-aware.   Through the years, as her life has changed, the practice has always stayed with her.  Now a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, she is excited to share her passion for yoga with others. Emily's classes incorporate active movement meditation with energy-fueled music.  She encourages students to be strong and dig deeper, discovering their true potential along the way.   Emily is grateful for the wisdom of the many teachers she has experienced including Diane Avice du Buisson, Theda Day, Daphne and Tom Larkin and John Charping.  She continues to study from a variety of teachers both locally and nationally and maintains an active practice.
