Karma Klass with Liz Workman EVERY SATURDAY 9:30AM June 5- Oct 30, 2010 VATA – Vinyasa practice $13 drop-in This April, Liz Workman’s brother’s best friend, Holter Graham, was diagnosed with Leukemia. Holter runs marathons, eats organic food and doesn’t smoke. He is 38. He is not supposed to have cancer. But he does......   We are never ready for a life-threatening disease to strike close to home. As yogis it is our task to find the meaning behind the sorrow when Kali comes knocking.  Thus Liz felt motivated to do her best to exemplify the meaning of Karma Yoga by asking Kali Yuga Yoga to help raise funds to help fight for this and other worthy causes. To this end, Kali Yuga Yoga has generously agreed to donate 100% of the proceeds from each Saturday’s 9:30AM Vata classes with Liz to various charities locally and internationally. We can’t control forces of nature but we can always find a lesson in them.
