2-4PM $30 Experience a restorative flowing sequence with meditative breathing set to live ambient music. Find peace and warmth during this retreat from our dark winter days. This workshop will be a guided restorative yoga flow that focuses on breathing, mindful movement, and the balance of energy. There will be sections of focus on pranayama and sitting meditation as well. Students will move through the Moon Sequence as taught by Matthew Sweeney. Both Erika and Winston have received certification from Matthew Sweeney for teaching this sequence.
