Privates, whether one-on-one or in a small group, are a wonderful opportunity to further your growth in a tailored way covering the many physical and spiritual elements that are important to you. One-on-one time with an instructor is an ideal way to meet you where you are, answer the questions where you struggle and customize recommendations for further study. It's a confidential arena to explore your strengths, understand your weaknesses and discover the yogic concepts that apply directly to you. Custom group classes provide a convenient arena to address the needs of a specific student body. Whether its a one time special event or a regular scheduled class, our instructors are prepared to craft a practice according to the wants and desires of any crowd.
