We are happy to introduce a much needed and highly requested new workshop series for the 2021:Restorative First Fridays. In an age where we wear exhaustion like a merit badge and are constantly bombarded with stimulation, please join us in our quest to combat adrenal fatigue and bring peace back to body, mind and spirit. 

Each month a different instructor will tie in the studio’s seasonal theme with different techniques in a restorative practice to bring about a thought provoking, body releasing and soul uplifting experience. All you have to do is show up...and rest! 

Restorative Yoga is a balm for the nervous system, a powerful stress reliever, and a form of deep self care. Each session will be a little different, but all will lead you to a state of total bliss!

You can register for one event or buy a 5 workshop package and enroll in several. We know you’ll enjoy it and we look forward to building our army of peaceful warriors!

Can’t make it? No worries, we can send you the recording. Just register for the livestream option and if we don’t see you there we’ll share the link once the video is available.

Attitude of Gratitude

In this month’s restorative practice we will dive deep into heart openers meant to release physical tension in the chest, shoulder and upper back region. This area is symbolic to our spiritual heart center, the Anahata Chakra, and known as the wellspring of love and joy. As we relax we will take a meditative journey of self love, gratitude and awakening our compassionate heart.

Self Care for the Holidays
with Hannah Vaughn
Join Hannah for this 2 hour restorative workshop focusing on self care for the holidays! Hannah will guide you through a relaxing, yin-inspired practice with lots of time to be still, feel supported and focus on your breath. This time of year is a season of giving, and it is important to give to yourselves as well! We will end the workshop with self-massage tips and discussing a few ways to keep yourself at the top of your list this holiday season.
