Meet the gang... Stacey Caron  Stacey's teaching is focused on guiding her students on a journey to uncover the strength, vitality and perfect balance at their center. She strives to build powerful, yet mindful, flows that facilitate a journey inward. In class, you can expect an intelligent and creative sequence that balances a little bit of sweat with a little bit of sweet surrender. Stacey was certified in 2012 through CorePower Yoga in Chicago. Since her certification, Stacey has facilitated numerous teacher trainings and continuing education workshops.  She has focused her own education on expanding her knowledge of yoga in an Ayurvedic framework and is an avid practitioner of svadyhaha (self study).
