Meet the gang... Summer Leniger  Summer was introduced to yoga in her early twenties and has not looked back since. She as found her life enriched both physically and psychologically through the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. She is inspired to hold the space for her students to do the same. As a Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Counselor Summer’s asana classes combine the principles of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Summer aims to create a nurturing and lighthearted practice, leaving her students inspired, balanced and more connected to themselves and the world around them. Summer’s interest include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Meditative, Ayurveda and Tantric practices. Yoga Education: Summer completed a RYT 200 hour teacher training through Kali Yuga Yoga, a 25 hour Vinyasa training with teacher Seane Corn and studied Yin yoga in Asheville, NC. Summer is currently enrolled in a 500 hour Advanced Teacher training with Vira Bhava Yoga. Summer was certified as a Ayurveda Wellness Counselor through the Sevanti Institute out of Pacific Palisades California with teacher James Bailey. Summer joined our staff in July 2013.
